To start using these services, visit Mi LUMA web at LUMAPR.COM or, if you prefer to use Mi LUMA app, download the app from your phone’s app store. Then register in one of them (the web or the app) and create access credentials (username and password). You can use these credentials to login to either of the two services. To register, you only need:
- Your electric service account number
- Last 4 digits of the social security number (SSN) or employer identification number (EIN) on the account.
