LUMA in Your Community

Our employees donated non-perishable items to customers in the surrounding communities in Santurce.

LUMA Illuminate Your Community 

For the second consecutive year, we held the Illuminate Your Community campaign, reinforcing our commitment to communities and non-profit organizations and demonstrating our support for the three community pillars.

For the third consecutive year, we signed a collaboration agreement with the American Red Cross. 

This agreement allows us to strengthen education and contribute to the well-being of our children, young people, and the entire community while encouraging volunteering among our employees, who will be an essential part of this effort.

We Gave Safety Talks (Suggested: LUMA Supports Children and Youth)

We used sign language to give a talk on electrical safety to students of Colegio San Gabriel para Sordos.

Demonstrating Our Commitment to Communities 


At LUMA, supporting our communities is a priority as we promote our identity in a humane, supportive, and positive way. Helping communities directly impacts the lives of our people. Therefore, as part of our community support pillars: Youth Education and Wellness, Economic Development and Recovery, and Energy Stewardship, we focus on establishing the necessary strategies to educate and protect our communities.  These pillars reflect our values and are the foundation on which we build an inclusive, collaborative, and sustainable environment.
