Mi LUMA Web

Our new online customer portal available 24 x 7 at miluma.lumapr.com.  You can visit that page and register for Mi LUMA Web with your residential or commercial accounts. Mi LUMA Web will enable you to:

  • View and pay your bill
  • View 12 months of bills and 12 months of payments
  • Add other electric service accounts you may own
  • View and report outages
  • Request several services
  • Book an appointment to visit a customer service center

Our new customer portal available for download from the app stores as of June 1, 2021.  Starting then, you can download the app and register with your residential or commercial accounts. Mi LUMA app will enable you to:
