The Procurement & Contracts Division of LUMA Energy ServCo, LLC (LUMA) manages the end-to-end procurement function for all goods and services needed to support the energy transmission and distribution to all residents, businesses, and industries in Puerto Rico while acting as agent of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA), in accordance with the Puerto Rico Transmission and Distribution System Operation and Maintenance Agreement (O&M) dated as of June 22nd, 2020 between LUMA, LUMA Energy, LLC, PREPA, and the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnership Authority. Our mission is to procure the best value of goods and services while executing with the highest guidelines of compliance, ethics, and transparency.
