This SOW outlines the equipment procurement requirements for an essential component of the permanent work under Category F, Utilities, of FEMA PA. Acquiring these goods is fundamental to supporting all the reconstruction Project Plans due to damage repair caused by Hurricane Maria (DR 4339-PR). This project aligns with FAAST and Project Worksheet which is intended to purchase materials and equipment to repair and rebuild the sites on Group B of Telecom Towers that suffered structural damage due to the severe weather conditions caused by Hurricane Maria, utilizing Public Assistance under DR-4339PR. Receive proposed preliminary design telecom structure (self-support lattice tower) with the bid proposal, accompanied by the quotation of the requested items, for evaluation and acceptance by the LUMA telecom engineering team. Vendor shall provide a structural analysis output report in tnxTower software file format and a PDF of the proposed modeled structure.
