This RFP is a relaunch of the previous RFP 3PPO-1123-02-TL (Event Number 217521). This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to invite qualified contractors to provide Transmission Lines Construction Services in support of Puerto Rico?s ongoing grid restoration and rebuilding efforts following Hurricane Maria. The intent is to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a pool of contractors available to perform work through Task Orders for the restoration, repair, and construction of transmission lines across different regions in Puerto Rico.
