Perform the civil works at the Tapia Substation as reported in the civil and structural drawings, and at geotechnical report. Perform the mitigation of the LBP and ACM at the Tapia Substation as reported in the Environmental Survey. Provide a Construction Schedule and execution plan and perform a kick-off meeting.
