The design and installation of an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). The Vendor responding to this RFP needs to describe the system architecture and functional capabilities of the proposed ADMS, a description of the overall implementation approach, hardware and software costs, licensing fees, ongoing maintenance costs, implementation costs, and project plans to meet LUMA required implementation timelines.
