How does the program work?
LUMA provides customers with instant discounts on qualifying energy-efficient products in stores. Simply take your item to the register and the discount will be automatically applied. If the product has a LUMA coupon, please follow the instructions at the retailer.
Do I need to sign up to receive the discount?
No! All LUMA residential customers with an active account number and service address qualify for the instant discount program.
How can I tell if I’m receiving a discount at purchase and how much is the discount?
Your discount will be immediately applied at purchase, and you should see a line item on your receipt that shows “LUMA Discount.” Discount amounts vary by product and can be found online.
Why is LUMA discounting LED bulbs these products?
LUMA is committed to helping customers make informed decisions about home energy use by offering discounts on home lighting and appliances as an opportunity to improve energy efficiency, save on home improvements, and reduce monthly electric bills.
Will I receive a discount if I purchase LED bulbs these products from a non-participating retailer?
No. You must purchase qualifying products from a participating retailer. When you’re shopping, look for LUMA signs to help identify qualifying products.

Are these discounts available online or do I have to go into the store?
Discount availability online depends on the retailer. Larger retailers may offer these discounts through their online stores. However, many of our independent retailers participate in-store only. For the best chance of receiving your discount, we recommend visiting the store in person or checking the specific retailer’s website for online availability..
