LUMA Energy is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract a vendor that will provide specialized technical support services for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) equipment currently in operation. These devices are part of the critical infrastructure of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and are detailed in Attachment B - Data Center Care 2.28 .2026 HPE Inventory. The Vendor must provide licensing and technical support for RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), including access to official RedHat repositories for patches and the capability to open support cases with RedHat.
