Vendor shall provide a semi-integrated gateway experience to support LUMAs digital payment solutions (Cardless and ACH) including but not limited to Website/App, Agent Assisted/IVR Payment Processing, Text-to-Pay, Digital/Mobile Wallet, Pay-by-Email, Auto Pay, Self Service Kiosks, and or Cash Bill Pay Network.
