Mi LUMA es nuestro nuevo portal en línea que estará disponible para todos nuestros clientes desde el próximo 1 de junio de 2021. A partir de esa fecha, podrás visitar miluma.lumapr.com y registrarte en Mi LUMA, con tu cuenta residencial o comercial. Ahí podrás:

  • Ver y pagar tu cuenta

  • Ver las facturas de los pasados 12 meses y hacer pagos

  • Agregar cualquiera otra cuenta que tengas con LUMA

  • Ver y reportar interrupciones de servicio

  • Solicitar servicios

  • Agendar citas para visitas a oficinas comerciales

Por favor visita miluma.lumapr.com desde el 1 de junio de 2021 para que puedas comenzar a sacar provecho de esta conveniente herramienta.

Mi LUMA web is our new online customer portal available to you as of June 1, 2021 at miluma.lumapr.com.  Starting then, you can visit that page and register for Mi LUMA with your residential or commercial accounts. Mi LUMA web will enable you to:

  • View and pay your bill

  • View 12 months of bills and payments

  • Add other electric service accounts you may own

  • View and report outages

  • Request several services

  • Book an appointment to visit a commercial office
