The T&D system is presently grappling with a critical issue characterized by a decline in the quality of its assets. This deterioration has led to a notable degradation in the system's reliability performance, thus posing a significant threat to the safety and well-being of the public. To address this challenge and proactively enhance the overall reliability of the T&D, the establishment of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure ("AMI") meter farm has been proposed as a pivotal solution. The AMI meter farm is instrumental in evaluating and enhancing the functionality of advanced metering systems, ensuring accurate data collection, and facilitating more precise load management.
