LUMA Energy, ServCo, LLC, as agent of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, (LUMA) hereby requests quotations from potential Vendors for the following goods or services: Paint over existing parking lines or traffic markings, marking of parking lines and No Parking areas, relocation or replacement and disposal of existing wheel stops, pressure wash for the areas before painting and creation of parallel parking spaces and a pedestrian sidewalk.
