This RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified proposers to supply LUMA ENERGY with Transformer Protection Cabinets. These Transformer Protection Cabinets will be used within the Puerto Rico electric system to ensure service to customers in Puerto Rico. The contract will be awarded as a Master Supply Agreement. LUMA Energy will define the quantity, incoterm, and delivery to the required location. Contracts may be awarded to those qualified persons or legal entities whose quotes are in accordance with this RFP and offer the Best Value to LUMA Proposers shall identify their manufacturing and delivery capabilities to LUMA.
