The objective of this RFP is to evaluate and select vendors that provide Underground Locates services. The scope includes but not limited to:
Use of technologies to accurately identify, characterize and map underground locates.
Underground Service must be provided across the Island of Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culebra, seven (7) days a week as LUMA's request.
The Respondent shall have the required expertise and resources to provide these services and understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.
