The purpose of this request is to contract one or more qualified vendors to perform the pickup, removal, recycling and disposal of obsolete and/or unusable vehicles currently staged at the Carolina and Palo Seco LUMA Facilities. This project is critical to maintain operational efficiency, optimizing use of facility space, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. LUMA has 116 vehicles on the Carolina Facility and an estimated 897 on the Palo Seco Facility.
