Qualified proponents will demonstrate the capability to manufacture and deliver the goods outlined in the pricing schedule according to the purchase order releases received from LUMA Energy and in compliance with LUMA Energy specifications.
Qualified proponents will produce a manufacturing and delivery schedule that provides visibility to deliveries as specified through purchase order releases and in compliance with the contracted lead times.
Qualified proponents will produce their raw material sourcing plan, quality management plan, warranty claim/management process, transportation plan, and packaging & labeling standards.
