Remove existing waterproofing system including membranes, insulation and flashings, inspect building structure and repair any structural damage, inspect and replace existing expansion joints, inspect roof slope and adjust drains elevations, install new roof boards, insulations, vapor barrier, coverboard, membranes, flashings, gutters and walking pads as per provided drawings and specifications.
