LUMA is issuing this invitation to tender (“ITT”) to invite responsible and qualified vendors to provide the Control Power Overhead Transformer to improve the efficiency of operations and comply with new LUMA standards and specifications. The purpose of this ITT is to procure Control Power Overhead Transformers from various vendors. These Control Power Overhead Transformers are to be used to supply power to small loads, such as control power banks, switches, and recloser installations.
