The 3PPO, on behalf of LUMA, is seeking proposals from qualified and reliable vendors to provide 30 distribution-size bucket trucks through a rental agreement with a purchase option (RPO). The chosen vendor will be responsible for delivering the trucks to the Monacillos facility and ensuring they meet all required local and federal inspections and certifications before delivery. This initiative aims to strengthen LUMA’s operations by introducing new vehicles and upgrading its aging fleet.
