The objective of this Request for Proposal RFP seeks qualified Vendors that can restore and enhance the transmission and distribution (T&D) electrical system by providing the equipment, material, labor, testing and commissioning necessary to carry out in the substation identified in Costa Sur Autotransformer #2, 230kV High Pressure Fluid Filled (HFF) Cable System Repairs.
